Cannabis Sativa look alike found in a garden close Mount Carmel

Police found what looks like a Cannabis Sativa, in a yard adjacent to Mount Carmel’s Forensic Ward. The plant was found at around 10a.m., with Police stating the plant looks very much like the Cannabis Sativa.
