Work quarrel lands employee in court

A work place quarrel is set to have serious consequences for Leonard Balzan, 54 of Kirkop, who was arraigned in court for grievous bodily harm. Two employees sustained a work-place feud which, lately, escalated into physical aggression. It-is being alleged that Mr Balzan  pushed the other man who fell, hit his head and had to be hospitalised. He was taken into Intensive Care and his condition deteriorated and is in imminent danger of dying. The Police moved to prosecute and the person was arraigned this afternoon. It appears that some 30 years ago, Mr Balzan was involved in a similar incident which resulted in a man's death. The man was granted bail but has since been fired from his employment with Polidano Group.
