Brincat wants management planning team for Marsascala Park

[gallery ids="36126,36127,36128,36129,36130"] Photos Ruth Castillo Minister Leo Brincat has stated that he intends to integrate a management planning team which will be responsible of the Marsascala Family Park which was just launched few weeks ago. Mr Brincat said that he wants a similar administration like the Ta' Qali Park. He went on to explain that unfortunately under the previous administration such parks had no specific administration. Minister Brincat said that that although there are plans to invest in more parks such as the water park such projects must be scrutinized and the government has to be sure that these are financially viable. "We will not take any more initiatives on similar projects until the Management Efficiency Unit comes up with a detailed technical report on this park among other projects" said Minister Brincat. He added that the Marsascala Sant' Antin Family Park was completed with a €7 million investment and this figure led him to commission a report which will be compiled by Prof Edward Mallia. The report will highlight among other things if this project is feasible.
