Two ships instructed to help migrants

Two ships one of which registered in Malta have been instructed by the Italian Maritime Authorities to board migrants who were on small vessels North of Lampedusa. The "Patroclus" which carries the maltese flag eventually saved 97 migrants whilst the other ship Cdry White saved 76 migrants. Both ships were ordered to offload the migrants in the Pozzallo and Trapani harbours respectively.
