PM heads towards Ukraine for talks

  Prime Minister Joseph Muscat boarded a plane towards Ukraine, where he is expected to hold talks with Ukrainian President Victor Yankukovich and Prime Minister Mykola Azarov. The PM will be accompanied by Minister for Foreign Affairs, George Vella and Parliamentary Secretary for Economic Growth, Edward Zammit Lewis.
