Fifteen arrested at Corradino drug party

A police media statement has confirmed media reports that fifteen persons were arrested for drug possession or drug trafficking Sunday. One person was arraigned Monday and jailed for three years after being found in possession of 57 ecstasy pills. The police said that the arrests were made  during a party at Corradino sports pavilion. Fourteen men, of whom one was Italian and the other from Ivory Coast, and one woman were arrested. The men are between 18 and 45 years old. The only woman arrested is 18 years old. Three are being investigated for trafficking Ecstasy and cocaine. Another person was found in possession of 57 Ecstasy pills. He was arraigned in court MOnday, filed a guilty plea and was jailed for three years. He was also fined €1,000.
