EBU to hold general Assembly in Malta

On the 25th June 2013, Malta will be hosting the European Broadcasting Union for its General Assembly. The Home office and the Public Broadcasting Services will be hosting this prestigious event for Malta. The EBU is the largest association of media professionals around the world. This general assembly will provide an excellent platform for Malta who has been chosen for this assembly for the second time. The first time this was held in Malta was in 1995. Meanwhile Minister Manuel Mallia will be in Malmo, Sweden this weekend meeting Ingrid Deltenre, Director General of the EBU and will be discussing with her the final preparations. he will also attend the Eurovision final and, naturally will be carrying the Maltese flag for Gianluca.
