Catholic Church celebrates the resurrection of Christ

Religious communities pertaining to this belief around the globe, today, celebrate the feast known as Easter Sunday marking the victory of Christ over death. On Saturday evening, Easter Vigil Mass was celebrated, while on the following day the traditional Easter processions are held.
