Police to charge aggressor with death following Gozitan’s death

The 63-year-old Gozitan from Zebbug, allegedly involved in the fight last Wednesday in the Qbajjar parking area in Zebbug, is set to be charged with murder. TVM.com.mt is informed that following the demise of John Spiteri, the 54 year old from Victoria involved in the fight, Police are treating the incident which happened on Wednesday as murder. The Gozitan from Zebbug was being treated for a number of injuries sustained during the fight at the Gozo General Hospital during the past few days, however, late last night was escorted to Malta, in order to be interrogated.
